In 1999 Jerry Daly established Killard Excavation Pty Ltd with a 5T excavator, Bobcat and Tipper Truck.  Since then Killard Excavation Pty Ltd has grown into a large multi functional excavation & pipe laying company that has gained an outstanding reputation in the fields of Site Development, Stormwater, Watermain and Sewer System installation. Killard Excavation Pty Ltd provides a quality product to its Clients with accredited Quality, OHS and Environmental Systems implemented and maintained.  Killard Excavation Pty Ltd delivers projects and sub-consultant work on time and within budget.

 

Killard Excavation Pty Ltd has worked on various contracts and projects.  Initially based solely in Sydney, Killards now works in the inner and outer suburbs of Sydney as well as in the Blue Mountains.  Projects have also been undertaken south of Sydney in Wollongong and Gerringong, as well as interstate in Canberra.

Killard Excavation Pty Ltd has installed a range of reticulation systems varying in size from 100mm PVC pipes to DN1050 DICL to DN1404 OD SCL (including SINTAKOTE) Watermain & recycled Water Pipes, 100mm PVC to 450 DICL Sewer Pipes, up to 1500mm dia RC Stormwater Pipes and varying sizes of box culverts.  Although having numerous proficient pipelaying crews, Killard Excavation Pty Ltd also provides a complete service including construction of concrete structures and permanent concrete and bitumen surface restorations.

 

Killard Excavation Pty Ltd has also undertaken works with PE pipe and has welders on staff with the capacity and equipment to weld large PE pipe.  Projects with PE include Horizontal directional Drilling, pipecracking and slip lining as well as direct lay.

 

Other capabilities of Killard Excavation Pt y Ltd include establishment, management and support of thrust bores and microtunnelling.

 

Having worked closely with Sydney Water Systems and on numerous Sydney Water Projects, Killard Excavation Pty Ltd maintains efficient and transparent systems accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.  The Killard office ensures all projects we undertake adhere to our internal systems.  We demand the highest quality work from ourselves while maintaining a relaxed and upbeat work environment.
